A Quarterly Peer Coaching Experience
The Thinking Circle is designed for professionals who want to be more intentional about how they think, work, and engage.
Most of the time, the focus is on completing the work in front of us.
What often gets missed is the space to step back and think about the work itself—how it’s shaped, how decisions are made, and how it connects to outcomes.
This experience creates that space.
A Quarterly Experience Includes:
• 90-Minute Peer Coaching Circle
A guided small-group conversation (6–10 participants) where you bring a current work situation, question, or decision into the room.
• Individual Reflection Prompt
A short, guided reflection between sessions to help you process insights and apply them to your work.
• 2-Hour Focused Coaching Session
A structured small-group working session with focus rounds, where select participants go deeper on a specific situation with peer input and guided coaching.
How It Works
Each quarter is a complete experience.
You’ll participate in two live, virtual sessions, supported by a reflection between sessions—designed to help you think more clearly, gain perspective, and move your work forward.
Each quarter stands on its own.
You can join once—or return as your work evolves.
What You Can Expect
A small, engaged group (6–10 participants)
Real-time conversation—not passive learning
A confidential, respectful space
Practical insight you can apply immediately
You won’t be asked to prepare extensively.
You will be asked to engage.

Mission Leadership & Culture Advisory Forum
The Mission Leadership & Culture Advisory Forum is a structured executive dialogue designed for leaders of mission-driven organizations navigating the complex realities of leadership, governance, culture, and organizational execution.
In serving as a thought partner to many leaders, a consistent theme has emerged: executives are often managing significant organizational dynamics without a consistent space to step back, reflect, and explore these challenges with peers who understand the responsibility of leading mission-driven work.
The forum creates a confidential environment where leaders can engage in thoughtful dialogue around the organizational forces that shape mission execution. Participants bring real leadership situations into the conversation and explore them through a strategic lens alongside a small group of peers who share similar leadership responsibilities.
Dialogue within the forum is guided by four organizational dimensions that frequently influence leadership effectiveness:
Leadership
Leadership team alignment, decision dynamics, and executive presence.
Governance
Board relationships, governance clarity, and accountability structures.
Culture
Organizational norms, communication patterns, and accountability culture.
Execution
Strategic alignment, operational follow-through, and performance expectations.
Participation is intentionally limited in order to preserve the depth and quality of dialogue.

Leadership Transformation Summit
Orlando, Florida | July 1, 2026
Lake Nona Wave Hotel
The Leadership Transformation Summit brings leaders together to examine the leadership dynamics that influence organizational progress—from decision-making and accountability to the conversations that shape execution.
This is a space where leaders don’t just discuss leadership—they examine how they lead, and identify what needs to shift to move their organization forward.
Unlike traditional conferences or training programs, the Summit is designed as a facilitated leadership experience—anchored in meaningful dialogue, real-world challenges, and the leadership decisions that shape outcomes.
Organizations are invited to send one to three senior leaders to participate in this curated dialogue with peers across industries.
Leaders may attend individually, but the experience often deepens when shared. When two leaders who work closely together participate, alignment is built in real time—and the experience moves from reflection to shared application.
Leaders leave not with ideas, but with clarity on how they lead—and a shift they are prepared to act on.
