Thank you for your purchase from D.B. Latimore Professional Services Group, LLC.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at the time of purchase.

• A complete mailing address is required to process and ship your order. Orders submitted without a complete mailing address may be delayed until the required information is received.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

• Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or special events.

Shipping

• Books are shipped to the mailing address provided during checkout.

• Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive confirmation, if applicable.

• D.B. Latimore Professional Services Group, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the nature of printed materials, all book sales are final.

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at daphne.latimore@dblatimore.net so we can resolve the issue.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be calculated during checkout.

Payment

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

• Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
