Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at the time of purchase.

A complete mailing address is required to process and ship your order. Orders submitted without a complete mailing address may be delayed until the required information is received.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

Books are shipped to the mailing address provided during checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive confirmation, if applicable.

D.B. Latimore Professional Services Group, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of printed materials, all book sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at daphne.latimore@dblatimore.net so we can resolve the issue.
