Terms and Conditions: Resilience & Reinvention Luncheon

Event Overview:
Join us for the Authenticity Professional Women's Quarterly Luncheon. The event will focus on the themes of Say Yes to Legacy and an end-of-year celebration.  

Registration:

1. Eligibility: The event is open to all women interested in personal and professional development.
2. Registration Fee: A fee of $100.00 is required to secure your spot. Payment must be completed during the registration process.
3. Seating Limitations: Seating is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged to ensure participation.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Refunds: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
2. No-Show Policy: Registrants who do not attend the event and do not cancel their registration within the designated time frame will not receive a refund.
3. Transfer Policy: Registrants may transfer their registration to another individual if they are unable to attend. Please notify the organizers via email at least 48 hours before the event.

Code of Conduct:

1. Respectful Environment: All attendees are expected to engage respectfully with one another. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Networking Etiquette: This event is designed for networking and sharing experiences. Attendees should approach others with openness and professionalism.

Photography and Recording:

1. Consent to Use Images: By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image in photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
2. Media Coverage: Portions of the event may be recorded or photographed for marketing and educational purposes.

Limitation of Liability:

1. Indemnity: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and venue from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their participation in the event.

Changes to Event Details:

1. Right to Modify: The organizers reserve the right to change the event details, including the date, time, and location, or to cancel the event in unforeseen circumstances. Attendees will be notified as soon as possible in the event of any changes.
