Terms & Conditions for Thought Partnership Sessions
1. Nature of Service
Thought Partnership Sessions are strategic advisory conversations designed to provide insight, clarity, and support for leadership and organizational decision-making.
These sessions are not coaching, therapy, legal advice, or consulting deliverables. They represent high-level strategic dialogue.
2. Payment & Purchase

Payment is due at the time of purchase through the Coaches Console platform.

Sessions must be purchased before scheduling instructions are provided.

Multi-session bundles and annual plans must be paid in full unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Scheduling & Session Expiration
-
Instructions for scheduling will be shared upon completion of purchase.

Sessions must be used within the following timeframes:
-
Single Sessions: 60 days from purchase
-
3-Session Bundle: 4 months from purchase
-
Quarterly Plan: sessions align with the quarterly cycle

Bi-Monthly & Monthly Plans: sessions must be used within each billing cycle; unused sessions do not carry over

Extensions may be granted only at the discretion of the provider.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation
To respect both our time and the depth of the work:

Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed to in writing.
5. Refund Policy
Because Thought Partnership access is a premium, time-based service:

All purchases are non-refundable.

If a session cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on the provider’s side, a new date will be scheduled at no additional cost.
6. Confidentiality
All conversations are confidential. No information will be shared outside the engagement unless:
Confidentiality does not extend to illegal activities or disclosures that indicate risk of harm.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Arrive on time and prepared

Engage openly and professionally

Take responsibility for any decisions made as a result of the session

Understand that the provider does not guarantee specific outcomes
8. Provider Responsibilities
The provider will:

Deliver strategic insight based on professional experience and judgment

Maintain confidentiality
-
Provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment
-
Refrain from offering legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice
9. Intellectual Property
Any frameworks, tools, language, or concepts shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of DB Latimore Professional Services Group, LLC and may not be reused, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
The provider is not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the client’s use of the information provided during sessions. Engagement is advisory only.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of any Thought Partnership Session or package constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
