Quarterly HR Thinking Circle
The Thinking Circle
A Quarterly Experience for Professionals Who Want Space to Think Through Their Work
Most professionals spend their time responding to the work in front of them.
What often gets overlooked is the opportunity to pause, reflect, and think more intentionally about:
how the work is unfolding,
how decisions are being made,
and how challenges are being navigated in real time.
The Thinking Circle creates space for those conversations.
This is not a class or a presentation.
It is a facilitated experience designed to help professionals process ideas, explore challenges, gain perspective, and move forward with greater clarity.
The Experience Includes
Participants engage in 3.5 hours of live virtual conversation and guided reflection designed to encourage clearer thinking and intentional action.
- 90-Minute Thinking Circle
A facilitated small-group conversation (6–10 participants) where professionals bring current work situations, questions, and challenges into the discussion.
- Guided Reflection
A brief reflection between sessions designed to help participants process insights and apply them to their work.
- Focused Application
A structured working session that uses guided focus rounds to explore real situations more deeply through facilitated dialogue, peer perspective, and application.
This experience is designed for participation—not observation.
What Participants Can Expect
A small, engaged group experience
Real conversation around real work
Thoughtful dialogue and perspective-sharing
A respectful and confidential environment
Practical insight participants can apply immediately
You won’t be asked to prepare extensively.
You will be invited to engage intentionally.

Leadership Transformation Summit
Orlando, Florida | July 1, 2026
Lake Nona Wave Hotel
The Leadership Transformation Summit brings leaders together to examine the leadership dynamics that influence organizational progress—from decision-making and accountability to the conversations that shape execution.
This is a space where leaders don’t just discuss leadership—they examine how they lead, and identify what needs to shift to move their organization forward.
Unlike traditional conferences or training programs, the Summit is designed as a facilitated leadership experience—anchored in meaningful dialogue, real-world challenges, and the leadership decisions that shape outcomes.
Organizations are invited to send one to three senior leaders to participate in this curated dialogue with peers across industries.
Leaders may attend individually, but the experience often deepens when shared. When two leaders who work closely together participate, alignment is built in real time—and the experience moves from reflection to shared application.
Leaders leave not with ideas, but with clarity on how they lead—and a shift they are prepared to act on.
