Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Payment
Full payment of $125 is required to reserve your place. Each registration provides access for one participant. Please do not share your access link.
2. Nonrefundable Registration and Future Credit
Registration fees are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, email daphne@dblatimore.net before the convening begins. Your payment will be available as credit toward a future convening or workshop offered by DB Latimore Professional Services Group, LLC.
Credit is applied at the original amount paid. If the future event costs more, you are responsible for the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will remain available for another convening or workshop.
Failure to attend without notice before the convening begins does not qualify for credit.
3. Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer
If DB Latimore Professional Services Group, LLC cancels the convening, you may choose a full refund or credit toward a future convening or workshop.
If the convening is rescheduled, you may attend on the new date, request a full refund, or retain your payment as credit toward a future convening or workshop.
If a technical disruption on our end prevents delivery, we will offer a rescheduled session or a refund.
4. Virtual Access and Technology
The access link will be provided upon completion of registration. Please provide an accurate email address and contact daphne@dblatimore.net if you do not receive your joining information.
You are responsible for having a suitable device, reliable internet connection, and access to the designated virtual platform. Please join a few minutes early to check your connection.
Individual technical difficulties do not qualify for a refund.
5. Participation and Respectful Dialogue
This is an interactive professional development experience involving reflection, discussion, and practical application. Please participate from a setting that supports your engagement and respects the privacy of others.
You decide what personal or professional information to share. Avoid identifying colleagues, clients, or organizations when discussing sensitive situations.
Participants are expected to treat one another with respect. The facilitator may remove a participant whose behavior is disruptive, harassing, or compromises the safety or privacy of others.
6. Confidentiality and Recording
Participants agree not to share other participants’ personal stories, identifying information, or comments outside the convening without permission. You may share your own learning while protecting the identities and experiences of others.
Confidentiality is a shared expectation; DB Latimore Professional Services Group, LLC cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.
The convening will not be recorded. Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, transcribe, or use AI meeting assistants during the session.
7. Materials and Intellectual Property
Content and materials are owned by DB Latimore Professional Services Group, LLC or their respective rights holders. Materials are provided for your personal professional development and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used to deliver training without prior written permission.
8. Scope of the Experience
This convening provides professional development through reflection, dialogue, and practice. Participation does not establish an individual coaching or consulting engagement. Individual experiences and outcomes will vary; specific professional or business results are not guaranteed.
9. Registration Information
Information provided during registration will be used to process your registration, communicate event details, and provide related materials. Registration does not authorize public use of your name, image, or comments for promotional purposes.
