Program Overview
The HR Mastery Sprint is a three-session leadership development program designed to assist HR professionals in navigating the rapidly changing work environment. Through a focused and interactive learning experience, participants will strengthen their ability to adapt, lead change, and drive accountability in today’s evolving workplace.
A sprint is a short, high-impact learning experience that delivers actionable insights and practical tools in a condensed timeframe. Unlike traditional training programs, sprints are designed for efficiency, equipping participants with essential leadership skills in just three sessions. The HR Mastery Sprint ensures that HR professionals can quickly apply what they learn to drive meaningful change within their organizations.

Sprint Sessions

1. Program Enrollment & Payment
1.1. The HR Mastery Sprint consists of three (3) live, instructor-led virtual sessions.
1.2. The enrollment fee is $750 per participant, payable in full upon registration.
1.3. An optional 1:1 coaching session is available for an additional $250. (Select the $1000.00 Options) Payment for this session must be made at the time of selection.
1.4. Payment must be completed before the start of the program. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1. If a participant cancels their enrollment at least 7 days before the program start date, they are eligible for a 50% refund.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session.
2.3. If the program is canceled or rescheduled by the provider, participants may choose between a full refund or enrollment in a future session.
3. Attendance & Participation
3.1. Participants are expected to attend all sessions and actively engage in discussions and exercises.
3.2. If a participant misses a session, they may request access to available materials, but no make-up sessions will be provided.
3.3. The program content, including slides, recordings, and handouts, is for participant use only and may not be distributed or shared.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
4.1. All materials, methodologies, and content presented in the HR Mastery Sprint are the intellectual property of [Your Company] and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
4.2. Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding discussions and shared experiences within the program.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. The HR Mastery Sprint is a professional learning environment. Participants must engage respectfully and professionally.
5.2. The provider reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, with no refund issued.
6. Program Modifications
6.1. The provider reserves the right to modify the program structure, schedule, or content as necessary to enhance the learning experience.
6.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
