Leadership Alignment and Empowerment Program

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in the Leadership Alignment and Empowerment Program (the "Program"). By registering for and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment and Payment

Eligibility: The Program is open to professionals in leadership roles, including emerging and experienced leaders.
Registration: Enrollment is subject to availability and is limited to 10 participants per cohort. Your place in the Program will be secured upon receipt of full payment.
Payment: The Program fee is $2,750 per participant. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Payments are accepted via credit card or other methods specified on the registration page.
No Refund Policy: Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort, subject to availability.

2. Program Structure

Duration and Commitment: The Program runs over 90 days, with 4 hours of engagement per month (totaling 12 hours). Sessions are designed to be interactive and will include a mix of group coaching, experiential activities, and individual development time.
Schedule: Sessions will be scheduled at the discretion of the Program facilitators and may be adjusted based on participant availability. All participants will receive a detailed schedule in advance.
Pre-Work: Participants are required to complete the Leadership Alignment Assessment Tool and Tilt365 profile as pre-work before the start of the Program. These tools will provide foundational insights for the coaching and development process.

3. Confidentiality

Participant Confidentiality: All discussions, feedback, and personal information shared within the Program will be kept confidential. Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of their peers, creating a safe and trusted learning environment.
Program Facilitator Confidentiality: Facilitators will maintain confidentiality regarding participant details, feedback, and assessment results. Data collected will only be used for the purposes of enhancing the Program and providing customized feedback.

4. Code of Conduct

Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to engage in the Program with respect, professionalism, and an open mind. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
Active Participation: Participants are expected to actively engage in sessions, discussions, and activities.
Use of Technology: Participants are encouraged to use technology (video, chat, etc.) as needed during virtual sessions, ensuring all technical issues are addressed in advance of the Program start date.

5. Program Modifications and Cancellations

Program Modifications: The Program facilitator reserves the right to modify the structure, content, and schedule of the Program if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
Cancellation by Facilitators: In the event that the Program is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in the next cohort.
Participant Cancellation: If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their enrollment to a future cohort, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

Program Content: All materials, resources, and content provided during the Program, including but not limited to presentations, exercises, and assessments, are the intellectual property of the facilitators and are intended for personal use only.
Restrictions: Participants may not copy, distribute, or share Program content without the express written permission of the facilitators.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Results: While the Program is designed to offer actionable insights and development, results may vary depending on individual commitment, participation, and application of the content. The facilitators do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Liability Waiver: The facilitators are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of participation in the Program, including personal, professional, or financial damages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: By registering for the Program, participants consent to the collection and use of personal data provided during registration, assessments, and participation for the purposes of delivering the Program and communication.
Data Privacy: All personal information will be kept secure and used in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country in which the facilitators are based. Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance
