Terms and Conditions: Resilience & Reinvention Luncheon

Event Overview:
Join us for the Authenticity Professional Women's Quarterly Luncheon on January 8th, 2025, at Seasons 52, Tysons Corner, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The event will focus on the themes of resilience and reinvention inspired by Shonda Rhimes' book, "The Year of Yes."

Registration:

Eligibility: The event is open to all women interested in personal and professional development.
Registration Fee: A fee of $100.00 is required to secure your spot. Payment must be completed during the registration process.
Seating Limitations: Seating is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged to ensure participation.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event (by January 1st, 2025) will receive a full refund.
No-Show Policy: Registrants who do not attend the event and do not cancel their registration within the designated time frame will not receive a refund.
Transfer Policy: Registrants may transfer their registration to another individual if they are unable to attend. Please notify the organizers via email at least 48 hours before the event.

Code of Conduct:

Respectful Environment: All attendees are expected to engage respectfully with one another. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
