I. Purchase and Payment:
• Purchase Process: The retreat is purchased by the CNE for its team members.
Purchase confirmation must be completed by Monday, June 24th, 2024.
• Payment: Full payment is required upon purchase confirmation. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. An invoice will be provided upon receipt of payment.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made by the organization up to 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be issued.
II. Participation:
• Attendance: All team members are required to attend the retreat as scheduled.
Participants should arrive on time and stay for the entire retreat to ensure full engagement in all activities.
• Conduct: Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the retreat. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.
• Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal and professional information shared during the retreat. Recording any session or activity is strictly prohibited unless the event organizers grant explicit permission.
III. Event Coordination: The retreat will be organized by CNE. The organization will coordinate all logistical arrangements, including venue booking, catering, and materials.
• Changes to Event: The event organizers reserve the right to modify the agenda, facilitators, or activities if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the event schedule as soon as possible.
• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
IV. Pre-Retreat Preparation:
Participants may be required to complete pre-retreat surveys or preparatory work to maximize the effectiveness of the retreat.
Information and materials for preparation will be provided at least two weeks before the retreat.
V. Post-Retreat Follow-Up: A follow-up session will review the retreat's outcomes and track the progress of action plans.
VI. Agreement: By purchasing the Team Development Mini-Retreat, the organization acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to these terms and conditions. Furthermore, the organization must ensure that all participants know and adhere to these terms.
