Service Description: The "Retained Consulting Services" provided by DB Latimore Professional Services Group entail ongoing access to seasoned HR consultants specializing in talent management and culture transformation. The service includes immediate guidance, tailored solutions for HR challenges, culture transformation expertise, talent management strategies, and continuous support.

Service Packages: Clients can choose from three comprehensive packages: the 90-Day Sprint Package, the 6-Month Accelerator Package, and the One-Year Mastery Package. Each package includes a specified number of consulting hours over the designated duration.

Payment: Payment for the selected package is due upfront. Payment can be made via the designated payment methods accepted by DB Latimore Professional Services Group. No services will commence until payment is received in full.

Consulting Hours: Consulting hours included in the selected package are non-transferable and must be used within the specified duration. Unused hours will not be carried over or refunded.

Scheduling: Clients are responsible for scheduling consulting sessions in advance. Sessions are subject to consultant availability and must be arranged within the agreed-upon service period.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule consulting sessions with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the scheduled consulting hours.

Confidentiality: DB Latimore Professionals Services Groups and its consultants will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and discussions shared during consulting sessions.

Termination: DB Latimore Professional Services Group reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any terms outlined in this agreement or engages in misconduct or inappropriate behavior toward consultants.

Liability: DB Latimore Professional Services Group and its consultants will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the client's use of the consulting services.
