Terms and Conditions for "Building an Inclusive Culture: DEIB Essentials Overview"

Program Overview:
- The "Building an Inclusive Culture: DEIB Essentials" program consists of one three-hour virtual session that introduces participants to the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).
Delivery Platform:
- Sessions will be delivered using the Zoom platform. Participants will need a stable internet connection and a device capable of running Zoom to participate.
Registration and Access:
- DB Latimore Professional Services Group will manage and set up registration for the meeting. Participants will receive an invitation with a link to register for the sessions. Registration must be completed by the deadline specified in the invitation.
Session Schedule:
- The client will work with the DB Latimore Professional Services Group team to schedule the session.
- The client will provide a minimum of two weeks lead time to prepare for the session.
Participation Requirements: Sessions are limited to 50 participants
- Participants must attend the session and actively engage in discussions and activities.
Confidentiality:
- All discussions and activities during the sessions are to be confidential. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not disclose any personal or sensitive information shared during the training.
Session Debrief:
- After completing the training sessions, we will conduct a debrief with the organization. This debrief will identify any themes that emerged during the training and discuss strategies for addressing them within the organization.
Technical Support:
- Technical support for accessing and using the Zoom platform will be available before and during the sessions. Participants experiencing technical difficulties should contact tiffany.wilson@dblatimore.net.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- The organization will be responsible for notifying and coordinating with DB Latimore Professional Services Group should the need to reschedule occur and for notifying its participants.
Payment Terms:
- Payment for the training program must be completed before the training session. Details regarding the payment process will be provided upon confirmation of the training schedule.
Intellectual Property:
- All materials provided during the training sessions are the intellectual property of DB Latimore Professional Services Group and are intended for the exclusive use of the registered participants. The unauthorized distribution or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.
Feedback:
- Participants will be requested to provide feedback at the end of the training program to help improve future sessions. Feedback forms will be distributed electronically.
