Terms and Conditions for the 2025 Authenticity Professional Women's Wellness Retreat

Welcome to the 2025 Authenticity Professional Women's Wellness Retreat. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information regarding your retreat package, payment policies, and other pertinent details. By registering for this retreat, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Retreat Package Inclusions The retreat package for the 2025 Authenticity Professional Women's Wellness Retreat includes the following:

Room stay for the duration of the retreat
Resort fees
Participation in all retreat activities as specified in the retreat itinerary

2. Registration and Payment

Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $875.00 is required to reserve your spot and secure the first day of your stay at the retreat.
The deposit amount is incorporated into the flexible payment option; however, your registration is not confirmed until the minimum of $875.00 has been received.

Full Payment

The total package cost must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the retreat's start date.
If you fail to pay the full amount by the due date, your reservation and any deposits paid will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposit

The deposit of $875.00 required is non-refundable

Full Payment

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a refund of the amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will not be eligible for any refund.

4. Transfer Policy

Registrations are non-transferable. Only the individual who registered can attend the retreat.

5. Changes to the Retreat Program

While we strive to provide the retreat as described, we reserve the right to change the retreat schedule, activities, and instructors as necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly to participants.

6. Travel and Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements to and from the retreat location.
The retreat package includes accommodation for the specified duration. Any additional nights or room upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Health and Safety

Participants must inform the retreat organizers of any medical conditions or dietary requirements during registration.
The retreat organizers will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants. However, participants attend at their own risk and are advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.

8. Liability Waiver

By registering for the retreat, participants acknowledge and accept that the retreat organizers, facilitators, and the venue are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the retreat.
