Leadership and Management Assessments, 360 reviews or leadership profile inventories are at the core of all services offered at DB Latimore Professional Services Group, LLC. We utilize several assessment instruments, selecting those that best meet the needs of each customer. The variety of instruments included in our on-line assessment center include the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis™ 360°, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), and the DiSC profile.
Our on-line assessment center is designed to provide our customers with the opportunity to select the assessment best suited for them and work with a coach to develop actionable plans that support their professional development.
Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator
The Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-report inventory designed to identify a person's personality type, strengths, and preferences. Our on-line assessment center administers the MBTI® Interpretive Report which expands on the areas covered in the initial report.
The report delves into the pattern of preferences unique to the client's type, explains clarity of preference and what it means, and offers tips for verifying type. Now available in a verified type option. It explores client’s MBTI type in detail, presents a detailed description of the client’s reported or verified MBTI type, including characteristics commonly associated with it, typical strengths, and potential areas for development.

LEA 360° Assessment (Senior Leaders)
A 360° Assessment is a process through which feedback from an employee's subordinates, colleagues, and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation by the employee is gathered. This survey offers others an opportunity to give accurate and helpful feedback in a constructive and confidential manner.
