A NOTE FROM DAPHNE
The pages of the calendar have turned, reflecting the start of a new year. This also signifies for many of us a time for celebration, affirmation and exploration of new possibilities. At this time of the year most people are looking to be full steam ahead with goal-setting; with the mission to eliminate last year’s challenges and implement a growth strategy.
Reviewing, analyzing, and adjusting is crucial for a thriving agile environment with a fresh start, but do not forget to carry over good habits, year over year.
What worked well for you in 2022? Surely, there’s something that you’re looking to keep into your routine and/or ops? I encourage you to not focus solely on what went wrong, but what actually worked! Perhaps, enhancing and refining a process could make all the difference in being able to execute effectively.
As a results-driven professional, it’s easy to feel a range of emotions in beginning a new year. Some are feeling energized, while others may be working their way up to gaining momentum again. Here are a few themes that I’ll be keeping top of mind as I elevate my 2023!
- Whatever you set out to do this year, be realistic in building one brick at a time
- It’s ok to start over, be flexible, and/or firm in decision-making
- Give grace and take space as needed (we're all is reaching towards success on our personalized paths)
- Remember to be patient, kind, and respectful, because you never know what others are going through
What will be your 2023 themes? If you can, I challenge you to write them down before our next monthly newsletter. Until then, keep being powerful and productive!
With Gratitude,

There are layers to culture that need to be addressed in order to achieve desired outcomes. We work with organizations to help them find their culture. Meet us at the Counter!
As we build on the theme of culture this month, it’s important that we zoom in and examine ourselves as single contributors in the workplace. Reviewing items like your habits, schedule, overall wellness, time management, etc. are all factors into performance. Understanding your individual culture will help you to learn how you will fit into an organization’s culture.
Lucky for you, that's exactly what we do at the Coach's Counter! We work collaboratively to incorporate your personal value system into your organization's culture.
Join us for FREE at the first Coach's Counter of the year, happening this Thursday, Jan 26th at 12PM ET.
